| Module-inhoud | The aim of the course is to provide a sound understanding of valid strategic reasons for considering a merger or acquisition transaction. The focus will further be on insights into the factors that influence success and failure in MandA; an overview of the various forms that MandA can take – outright acquisition or partnering; create an appreciation of the implications of globalisation, and in particular investment in emerging markets and give students an understanding of the MandA process, including the regulatory framework within which deals are concluded. |
